We are an international FX broker expanding across the MENA region. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality visual creatives for Arabic-speaking markets. You will design performance-driven paid ads, landing page assets, and social media visuals tailored for MENA traders. This role requires strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-supported design tools. Arabic fluency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Performance Creative

• Design paid media creatives (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Create landing page visuals and conversion-focused assets
• Produce IB and partner marketing materials
• Develop exhibition and event branding kits
• Deliver minimum 3 creative variations per campaign

Design Systems & Tools

• Use Figma for landing pages, layout systems, and design libraries
• Work professionally with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Use Canva when needed for fast-turnaround content
• Apply AI tools to improve design efficiency and creative testing
• Maintain structured asset library and reusable templates

Brand & Compliance

• Ensure Arabic-first design direction and typography accuracy
• Maintain brand consistency aligned with global guidelines
• Ensure compliance-safe creatives for fintech advertising
• Collaborate with performance team for A/B testing improvements

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic (spoken & written) – Mandatory
• Strong English communication
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Strong Canva skills with AI usage
• Proven fintech or financial services portfolio preferred
• Experience in performance-driven creative testing
• Deep understanding of Arabic typography and layout
