We’re hiring a Growth Intern to help us build out our GTM motion on the path to $10M ARR and beyond.
You’ll work directly with founders, analyze real revenue data, design and execute growth experiments yourself on a daily basis. If you identify something that works, you’ll be expected to push it forward and help turn it into a repeatable motion.
We are an extremely lean team and plan to reach $10M ARR with fewer than 20 people. Every hire materially changes the company. This role has direct exposure to founders, sales, and customers.
Operate in rapid daily cycles with extremely tight feedback loops: decisions made today directly shape what we improve tomorrow
Take ownership of problems end-to-end, even if you’ve never done it before
Fully own set of growth campaigns end-to-end: plan, launch, improve (from webinars to email sequences)
Track and monitor campaign performance, tweak and improve quickly based on progress
Use Claude to quickly learn, analyze data, and execute faster than ever before
Turn messy data and signals (HubSpot, Clay, spreadsheets, etc.) into clear insights and actions
Design and run growth experiments (messaging, targeting, outreach, routing)
Execute whatever is needed to move things forward (yes, that means building lists, fixing data, writing email sequences, tracking, tweaking, improving)
Join customer and sales conversations to understand reality
Work directly with founders and take on increasingly large ownership areas as you prove yourself

Comfort operating in ambiguity and learning fast under pressure
Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure messy problems
Excellent spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel)
Comfort working with tools and data (HubSpot, CRMs, enrichment, automation)
Strong interest in working in an AI-native way (using Claude, Cursor, GPT to think, build, and automate faster)
Willingness to do whatever it takes to get to results (including unglamorous work)
Clear ambition to grow fast and take on real responsibility
Strong candidates often come from:

Consulting or VC with hands-on operating exposure
Revenue, Ops, or Growth roles where you actually built things
Other paths that demonstrate high ownership and execution ability
