The HRIS Platform Manager owns Workday HCM as the enterprise HR technology platform. This individual contributor role operates as the product owner of HR systems within IT, ensuring process integrity, clean employee data, and strong integration governance.

This role does not have direct reports.

Responsibilities:

Platform Ownership

  • Define HRIS roadmap aligned to HR leadership priorities
  • Optimize hire-to-retire workflows
  • Improve onboarding/offboarding automation

Configuration & Governance

  • Own business process frameworks in Workday
  • Manage security roles and access controls
  • Maintain clean employee master data

Integration Oversight

  • Oversee integrations with:
    • Identity management systems
    • Payroll/benefits providers
    • Finance systems
    • Data warehouse

Reporting & Compliance

  • Support HR reporting needs
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements

Success Measures

  • Accurate and timely employee data
  • Seamless onboarding/offboarding experience
  • Reduced HR manual administrative effort
Qualifications:

Experience

  • 5–10+ years HRIS ownership experience
  • Strong Workday HCM configuration experience
  • Hands-on experience participating in or leading Workday implementation (full lifecycle) - Required

  • Knowledge of HR business processes
  • Integration and security model understanding
