Title: Planner, Temporary - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $92604.95 to $107622.32 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Assist in the development and implementation of robust policy frameworks to achieve high quality development and strategic planning outcomes and ensure effective future management of the built and natural environments.
2) Prepare and assess planning proposals, interpret and administer statutory provisions, standards, policies and procedures to ensure effective and sustainable management of the built and natural environments.
3) Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other council departments, community groups, and the public. Respond to enquiries, resolve conflicts, and promote positive engagement to enhance community consultation and satisfaction.
About you:
We’re looking for a driven and proactive strategic planner to join our team for a period of 12 months. You’ll bring positivity and diligence to a team passionate about making a difference to our community.
