Our Client, a Entertainment/Streaming Service company, is looking for a Research Operations Manager for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Use GenAI tools such as Claude or Cursor AI to program quantitative research surveys
Use GenAI tools to check data tables and quality check surveys
Leverage workflows and GenAI tools to quality check survey programming, localization and member experience workflows
Build workflows related to survey programming and quality check management that can be applied across quantitative research projects
Support any survey related ad hoc tasks related to a Scaled Ops project
Partner with 3P vendors for focus groups or additional research and reporting related requests
Requirements:
Willingness to learn in Claude/Cursor
Survey programmer for AI
Python and setting up complex qualitative research surveys, multi language multi market
Have to be a programming expert, Decipher and Forsta
40% handle tasks,
Setting up survey etcs.
Someone who is very into programming in AI and survey programming (these are typically outsourced)
Someone from Meta or Silicon Valley type tech companies who works in consumer insights or works on analyst side and is looking into these tools
Someone in the entertainment space (teams with consumer insights research) experience helpful
We are looking for a stunning Research Program Manager to join our Scaled Ops Pod.
This role will partner across the Scaled Ops pod to support ongoing survey programming, quality checking and project management related tasks. This role will identify and drive opportunities to innovate with Gen AI tools and to build efficiency, which ultimately empowers Scaled Research Operations to deliver extraordinary insights for the company.
5+ years programming complex, highly technical surveys on tools like Decipher (python, html, javascript)
Experience with GenAI tools such as Cursor, Claude or general survey programming tools
Excellent quality assurance management skills
Excellent communication skills
Possess a passion for research and the ability to screen early TV shows and movies to consumers
You thrive on the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment - making sound, contextualized and independent decisions
You have a passion for finding the right approach, tool or solution for the challenge at hand
