Title: Senior Open Text Consultant Duration : 3+ Months of Contract with possible extension Location: Dallas, TX/Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide day to day support for SAP Business Content, Business workspace, OpenText Content Management (CE 24.4), Archive Center, Core Capture, and related modules
Provide day to day support for OpenText users, including issue resolution and process guidance
Monitor system performance, document workflows, SAP OpenText background jobs, and archiving jobs, Core Capture processes
Manage user access, permissions, access controls, and compliance requirements
Strong understanding of OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, and related modules
Experience with SAP integration, Extended ECM, VIM, SAP Archiving, Core Capture
Familiarity with cloud environments and working with SAP support and OpenText support teams
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and private cloud environments
Ability to troubleshoot document management issues across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance processes
Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for government workloads

Clearly explain processes and technical steps to non technical users
Work closely with cross functional teams (SAP, Cloud Engineering, Business Process Owners)
Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Communicate issues, risks, and updates in a structured and timely manner
Support OpenText environments used by US Government customers
Ensure compliance with US data residency, access control, and security requirements
