Responsibilities:
The Client Onboarding Manager - Clariti leads the implementation team responsible for onboarding clients onto Clariti, HST Pathways’ estimation platform. This role requires a highly process-oriented leader with strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle workflows, including insurance eligibility, verification, authorization, and payer contract structures, who can identify root causes and drive effective, scalable solutions. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Product Implementation team to deliver successful, on-time client onboarding experiences
  • Diagnose implementation challenges, identify root causes, and implement process improvements and solutions to drive consistent outcomes
  • Oversee the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring projects meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues, using analytical problem-solving and de-escalation skills to resolve concerns effectively
  • Apply understanding of RCM and medical billing workflows to guide implementations across hospitals, ASCs, anesthesia groups, and physician practices
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Training, Product, and Client Services to align priorities, resources, and client needs
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to implementation success, client satisfaction, and team performance
  • Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes, tools, and best practices
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on implementation progress and risks
 

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • 3+ years of implementation, onboarding, or project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle workflows, specifically Insurance Eligibility, Verification, Authorization processes, and Payer Contract structures across hospitals, ASCs, anesthesia groups, and physician practices
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions in complex environments
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate and resolve client concerns in a professional and effective manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Up to 25% Travel
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS implementations (ideally estimation or financial tools like Clariti)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
