Description

As Sales Coordinator, you will provide administrative and first-line sales support to our EMEA Sales teams, enabling them to focus on customer engagement and revenue generation.


You will play a key role in coordinating partner and customer relationships across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, ensuring professional, timely service and seamless collaboration between Sales, Channel, Customer Service, Marketing and Compliance teams.

Working Pattern: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-13:00

Salary: £32,352.00-£35,136.00 

 

Sales Coordinator Tasks:

  • Support execution of the Channel Sales strategy
  • Respond to partner and reseller enquiries, maintaining high levels of engagement
  • Assist with lead qualification, proposal preparation and quotation generation
  • Coordinate product sample shipments in a compliant and traceable manner
  • Support trade shows, customer demonstrations and marketing activities
  • Maintain accurate records within Salesforce, SAP and other systems
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Services, Compliance and Marketing
  • Proactively track open actions and ensure timely completion
  • Assist with planning logistics for travel and customer visits
  • Provide first-line sales support and ensure prompt resolution or escalation of issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations processes
Requirements

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident communicating across functions and cultures.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting sales, channel or customer service teams
  • Understands the sales process within a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Salesforce and SAP experience preferred)
  • Can prioritise multiple tasks and work independently
  • Has a proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
  • Is comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing priorities

Experience within defence, public safety or B2G environments would be advantageous. Prior military or law enforcement experience is beneficial but not essential.


 This role may require occasional travel to company or partner sites.
