The Intern at UPD Quality and Claims is responsible for supporting with our quality and claims processes connected to our warehouse organization.

This position reports to the Logistics and Distribution manager and is part of the Logistics organizagion in Sweden and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Review and resolve customer complaints

• Work closely with internal- and external stakeholders

Who you are:

• Ongoing studies in Logistics or Supply Chain management

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Oracle ERP

• Salesforce
