The Field Service Developer plays a critical role in advancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Field Service organization by implementing best‑in‑class CRM and Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. This role focuses on delivering an intuitive, reliable user experience across both mobile and desktop platforms while ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and seamless integration across enterprise systems.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Commercial CRM, and is part of the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement Team and is fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build and sustain Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions that improve field productivity and system reliability

• Design and maintain real‑time integration between Salesforce and Oracle ERP to ensure data accuracy and continuity

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to optimize service workflows and translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation to deliver high quality user experience

• Monitor system health and data integrity, driving continuous improvement using DBS principles.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise CRM solutions, including Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce mobile platforms, integrations, and enterprise‑scale data flows.

• Strong hands‑on experience developing Web Services / APIs.

• Proven proficiency building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce customizations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Salesforce Platform User Experience Designer Certification.

• Salesforce Service Cloud experience.

The annual salary range for this role is $105,000.00 – $115,000.00 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive compensation.
