ROLE: As the Market Manager, you’ll lead efforts to achieve revenue, depletion, distribution and retail execution goals by improving performance with our distributor partners in your assigned Market. You’ll report to the Director of Sales, identify opportunities, influence distributors, and hold them accountable for execution.
This is a remote role for DSD West based in Utah. Markets range in size from one distributor in two counties to many distributors across several states.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
