The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a key member of the Regulatory and Payer Solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the product requirements for our Analytic portfolio. Acting as the analytics product subject matter expert, you will be a primary point of contact for product knowledge across internal teams and customers.
The Data Implementation Consultant role provides a strategic bridge between our customers’ needs and our technical solutions, ensuring the requirements are understood, documented and translated, to then be delivered to a development team. You will partner closely with our customers and our internal consulting, product, development and operations teams. You will work with both internal stakeholders and business owners, and external clients – both through new product development, training, and issue resolution.
Participating in data intake discussions with the external client and assisting with data mapping, the Data Implementation Consultant will load, process, QA, and deliver healthcare data to government agencies, insurance companies, health care systems, health care providers, and internal HIS business areas so they can deliver software solutions that directly impact the future of health spending and patient care.

becoming a subject matter expert with data knowledge for internal teams, customers, and prospects
participating in voice-of-customer sessions (both internal and external) to capture and analyze client feedback
partnering with product owners, client team, and customer to translate the ‘What and Why’ into the ‘How’ for the development team; this includes:
documenting client needs and translating them into clear business, functional, and data requirements for development, along with user expectations
constructing the development backlog based on the requirements
converting code into Business Rules, Formulas, Metrics, and Data Mapping
building out test plans based on the requirements
attending development team ceremonies as part of the agile process
executing demo sign-off to ensure that developed solutions align with client / user expectations
performing client escalations and defect resolution
working with quality assurance teams to identify issues and create processes to enhance the data processing cycle
conducting research using SQL to support internal and external client requests
supporting cyclical review of data submissions and providing feedback and guidance to our clients to resolve issues detected
guiding client onboarding, including the drafting and maintenance of file specifications
collaborating with internal consulting and analytics team members to create and review data specifications and supporting business rules
leading discussions with the client submitter and the internal business consultants to establish business rules for use during data processing to accommodate client requests, as well as deal with deficiencies in the submitted data
managing Change Control Documentation for client data, business rules, processing, data extracts, and client-facing applications.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 4+ years’ (combined) relevant job experience in a product analyst, data/business analyst, or clinical systems specialist role.
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND 8+ years’ (combined) relevant job experience in a product analyst, data/business analyst, or clinical systems specialist role.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in data analytics and/or data mapping and data exchange, including intake/review/profiling of external data file submissions and supporting tools.
Demonstrated proficiency working with RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Teams.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Master's degree in health informatics, computer science or healthcare management from an accredited institution
Preferred 1+ year of client-facing experience within the health care data industry
Proven ability to translate customer and clinical needs into actionable product requirements.
User experience with JIRA, Confluence, Kanban boards, CRM tools, and process mapping tools.
Experience with healthcare software and clinical documentation workflows.
Work location: Remote

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
