As the Global Strategic Alliances Leader, you will play a key role in driving the success of VTEX’s partner ecosystem by acting as a strategic point of contact for our most important global partners, enabling scalable growth and joint value creation.
Strategic Partner Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring strong alignment between VTEX’s capabilities and partner priorities, with direct impact on revenue growth and ecosystem expansion.
Go-to-Market & Revenue Growth:
Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive solution adoption, pipeline generation, and increased customer lifetime value across regions and verticals.
Technical & Business Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor by combining a solid understanding of the platform with business context, supporting partners in shaping solutions, guiding integrations at a high level, and ensuring scalable and effective implementations.
Ecosystem Strategy & Development:
Support the evolution of VTEX’s partnership strategy, identifying new opportunities to expand the ecosystem, strengthen product-market fit, and unlock new revenue streams.
Cross-functional Leadership:
Collaborate closely with Partner Managers, Product, CX, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives and alignment with VTEX’s roadmap.
Performance Management & Governance:
Track partner performance through KPIs, business reviews, and data-driven analysis, ensuring continuous optimization, accountability, and strategic alignment.
Process Ownership & Optimization:
Own and improve key partner-related processes, such as integrations, certifications, or homologations, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing time-to-market.
Negotiation & Influence:
Lead strategic and commercial discussions with partners, influencing decision-making and aligning priorities to maximize joint outcomes and long-term value.
Marketing & Partner Activation:
Collaborate on events and co-marketing initiatives, ensuring strong partner engagement and leveraging the partner ecosystem to amplify the impact of VTEX’s overall marketing strategy.
Academic Background:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields. A postgraduate degree is also valuable.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Experience:
Strong experience working with strategic partners, alliances, or ecosystem development, with a clear understanding of how to drive joint value and revenue impact.
VTEX & Platform Knowledge:
Solid understanding of VTEX capabilities, including marketplace, payments, and integrations, with the ability to translate technical features into business outcomes.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of APIs and platform architecture concepts, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and guide partners effectively.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Acumen:
Experience in designing and executing GTM strategies, managing pipeline generation, and contributing to revenue growth through partnerships.
Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across different functions and regions.
Languages:
Advanced English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
