Job Overview

One of our key services at WizeMentoring is Wize Advisory, a global certification and development program that equips accounting and bookkeeping firm owners to become certified business coaches for their own clients.

Your Role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling and running the Wize Advisory certification ecosystem, covering expansion strategy, cohort delivery, coach enablement, quality standards and operational systems.

You will work directly with founders Jamie Johns and Brenton Ward to transform Wize Advisory into a repeatable and scalable global platform delivering world class outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Expansion

Develop and execute a 12-to-24-month global expansion roadmap
Define country rollout strategy and capacity planning
Partner with Marketing and Sales on demand forecasting and intake
Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the certification model

Program and Community Leadership

Oversee the full certification journey from enrolment to graduation
Ensure consistent and high-quality cohort delivery
Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching support where required
Lead and support the global community of Wize Certified Business Coaches
Maintain quality, CPD participation and professional standards

Operational Excellence

Design and document scalable SOPs
Implement and optimise CRM, LMS, reporting and automation systems
Establish KPIs, dashboards and operating rhythms
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve delivery
Build internal delivery capability as volume grows

Our Ideal Candidate

8+ years in operations, program leadership or organisational management
Experience in certification, education, coaching or professional services programs
Strong systems thinker who can also facilitate and lead
Confident working with business owners and senior professionals
Comfortable in ambiguity and growth environments
Tech forward and fluent with CRM, LMS and virtual delivery tools
Bias to action with strong ownership and accountability
