Summary

At Gainwell, you’ll put your skills to work helping some of our community’s most vulnerable populations. As a Managed Care Enrollment Broker, you’ll provide critical support by assisting members with assignment changes, processing requests, and delivering friendly and efficient customer service. Your role in our mission

  • Provide prompt, professional customer service by answering incoming calls regarding enrollment assignments.

  • Research, process, or escalate assignment change requests received by phone or enrollment forms.

  • Document calls in detail, including concerns, actions taken, and templates completed to ensure all information is captured accurately.

  • Reference manuals, processes, and guides to deliver correct and consistent information.

  • Collaborate with team members and management in a professional, respectful manner, meeting client standards and production goals

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.

  • Two or more years of customer service experience, demonstrating organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM platforms, and OneNote; ability to resolve computer-related technical issues over the phone.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to multitask, talk and type simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in healthcare—particularly provider, member services, insurance, or claims. Medicaid experience strongly preferred, but not required.

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

What you should expect in this role

  • Remote US opportunity.

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required (minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload).

  • Office presence may occasionally be required if directed.

  • 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

  • A fast-paced, evolving work environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
