Job Title: Training Business Analyst (Health Plan / Product Implementation)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Training Business Analyst with healthcare payer experience to support new product implementations and operational readiness across the organization. This role bridges business analysis and training by gathering requirements, understanding workflows, and developing comprehensive training programs for customer service, claims, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of health plan operations and can translate complex processes into clear, effective training materials and curriculum.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in:
- Healthcare payer environment (health plans)
- Business analysis and/or training roles
- Strong understanding of:
- Claims processing
- Customer service operations
- Enrollment and eligibility
- Experience with requirements gathering and process documentation
- New product implementation
- Proven experience developing training curriculum and materials
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with health plan systems (Facets, QNXT, Epic, HealthEdge, etc.)
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles
