We are seeking a Provider Portal Search Validation Business Analyst to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and performance of search functionality within our provider and member portal systems. This role is responsible for validating search results across provider directories, network data, and portal experiences, while also defining and documenting requirements for search behavior and data integrity.
The ideal candidate has experience with healthcare provider data, portal systems, and search validation, and can bridge business requirements with testing and data validation activities. Required Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in:
Business Analysis, QA, or UAT roles
Healthcare payer or provider environments
Experience with:
Portal systems (provider/member portals)
Search functionality testing and validation
Strong understanding of:
Provider data (NPI, specialties, locations)
Provider directories and network structures
Experience writing:
Test cases
Requirements documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SSO technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth)
Familiarity with provider data platforms or MDM systems
Experience with SQL or data querying for validation
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements for provider directories
