[Job - 28645] Senior Software Engineer (Terraform/GCP), Brazil

Context:

We are looking for a software engineer to contribute to develop cloud security blueprints for the Google Cloud Platform, which contain the security best practices that are used by the largest companies around the world. 

A blueprint is a package of deployable, reusable modules and policies that implements and documents a specific security solution. 

Development work  takes place on open source projects.

Background, skills and experience:
Good experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (2+ years);
Infrastructure automation with Terraform (1+ years);
Solid background in software development, Java, Python or Go (3+ years);
Being able to communicate in English (CEFR B2);
Have great ability to understand and develop demands with autonomy from few requirements, showing results and progress continuously;
Ability to test, investigate, analyze, solve and communicate problems;
Propose and discuss solutions, and incorporate received feedback;
Perform as a complete software engineer: from understanding the problem to delivering the solution, also working on tests (manual and automated) and technical writing of manuals, tutorials, guides or documentation;
Being able to automate and optimize development tasks;
Enjoy to quickly learn (and use) different technologies from those you already know.

Additional experiences:
Have development experience with more than one programming language;
Have notions of cloud infrastructure security;
Have notions of Kubernetes and GKE;
Hold any of the following GCP certifications: Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Professional Cloud  DevOps Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer e Professional Cloud Network Engineer;
Hold Terraform certifications;
Hold other GCP certifications;
Being able to communicate in english (CEFR C1+).
