Healthcare Recruiter - Remote

Perimeter Healthcare is hiring a highly experienced Healthcare Remote Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across our behavioral health facilities nationwide. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams. Has a proven record in providing sourcing of qualified healthcare and executive candidates. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles

• Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Create and update job descriptions as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare preferably in mental health 

• Has strong sourcing, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a remote environment
