Full Visibility is seeking a Product Owner SME to join our team!  Candidates MUST Hold an active Top Secret Clearance,


The Product Owner will be responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlogs to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.  The Product Owner has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring stories meet the user’s needs and comply with the definition of completed.

 

This will be a primarily a remote position, but candidates must meet qualifications listed, including Clearance Requirement.



Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Clearance/with SCI eligibility; This position may require the successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree (6 additional years of relevant experience would be taken in lieu of a degree)
  • 14+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Experience in Product management, business analysis or related role
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing features or products
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap
  • Ability to analyze user needs, market trends, and data to inform decisions
