At Team Global Express, we don’t just move parcels, we move possibility. We’re looking for a relationship-led Business Solutions Manager to partner with our Parcels Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of our business through smart, scalable technology solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll translate executive strategy into outcomes, lead a team of Business Analysts, and drive a multi-year portfolio of transformational initiatives.
What you’ll do
Partner closely with executive and senior leaders to shape technology-enabled business outcomes
Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts
Convert executive vision into solution design, delivery roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
Own and drive a strategic technology roadmap for the Parcels business
Influence prioritisation, challenge constructively, and provide clear executive-level advice
Deliver across major initiatives including core TMS upgrades, infrastructure improvement, revenue assurance, and payments optimisation
About you
Proven senior leader with strong stakeholder and relationship management capability
Experienced working with executive leadership in complex environments
Broad technology background (not hands-on or deeply technical)
Experience in transport, logistics, parcels, infrastructure, or adjacent industries
