At Team Global Express, we don’t just move parcels, we move possibility. We’re looking for a relationship-led Business Solutions Manager to partner with our Parcels Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of our business through smart, scalable technology solutions.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll translate executive strategy into outcomes, lead a team of Business Analysts, and drive a multi-year portfolio of transformational initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Partner closely with executive and senior leaders to shape technology-enabled business outcomes

  • Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts

  • Convert executive vision into solution design, delivery roadmaps, and measurable outcomes

  • Own and drive a strategic technology roadmap for the Parcels business

  • Influence prioritisation, challenge constructively, and provide clear executive-level advice

  • Deliver across major initiatives including core TMS upgrades, infrastructure improvement, revenue assurance, and payments optimisation

About you

  • Proven senior leader with strong stakeholder and relationship management capability

  • Experienced working with executive leadership in complex environments

  • Broad technology background (not hands-on or deeply technical)

  • Experience in transport, logistics, parcels, infrastructure, or adjacent industries
