Position Overview

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and/or chat. Youll be responsible for resolving inquiries, handling requests efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Work From Home (WAH) Information

• If relocating: Work From Home setup will be based in Athens

• If already in Greece: Work From Home is possible anywhere in Greece

Relocation Package (for EU candidates)

• Flight ticket (within the EU)

• 2 weeks hotel accommodation

• Multiple start dates available

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat

• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards

• Document interactions accurately in internal systems

• Follow company guidelines and quality standards

• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive brand representation

Requirements

• Fluent French (C1 level or higher)

• Good English skills (B2 or higher)

• EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Basic computer skills
