Job Description:

Supports in the creative development of complex campaigns, ensuring client needs and objectives are met within all campaign components, delivering concepts and final artwork on time and on budget. Works directly with creative team members to brainstorm innovative ideas appropriate for message, audience, and budget, directly contributing to project design and development. Creates storyboards/initial graphic concepts and conceives functional design solutions. Creates and develops a wide range of digital and print projects, including email marketing templates, social media and banner ads, infographics, interactive media, and outdoor print. Builds and maintains positive rapport with clients and team members, partner agencies, photographers, and other vendors. Ensures final artwork and assets are uploaded to Wrike, following established SOPs for file organization, project closure, and team accessibility. Monitors and updates the status of jobs assigned on a daily basis and communicates to leadership and/or production/traffic manager regarding updates in schedule and project status. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint) Ensures the flow and accuracy of content on all managed communication channels is consistent with print materials, accurate, and up-to-date, correcting errors and inconsistencies proactively or notifying the supervisor as necessary. • Demonstrated ability of design software, photography, and web design.
• Strong professional and communication skillset.
• Short-form copywriting skills.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Other design/illustration software.
• Ability and willingness to multitask.
• Ability to communicate changes and progress to team members and management.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Related field or combination of education and related experience.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to develop highly visual and engaging presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed deadlines.
• Knowledge of design thinking/human-centered design.
• Extensive knowledge of Flash CC and earlier versions.
• Ability to create powerful and effective online content.
• Knowledge of audio recording/editing basic pro tools application.
• Ability to generate graphics, animations, videos, etc., targeted for an HTML 5 response web delivery platform.
• Strong knowledge of the instructional design process, including analysis, instructional strategies, and assessments.
• Proficient in eLearning course authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Understanding of adult learning theory.
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with sensitivity to deadlines.
• Good understanding of fundamental design principles for web and print.
• On-line and off-line campaign strategy development.
• Social Media strategy development.
• Healthcare experience.

Pay Range:

$49,718.59 - $92,468.74
