Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote – Greece)

International candidates relocating to Greece will receive a relocation package including flight tickets to Athens and accommodation support.

About the Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them get the most out of our software products. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a consistently positive customer experience — all from your home in Greece.

This is an entry-level-friendly, fully remote position with real opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Dutch-language customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
• Support clients with software-related questions including installation, usage, and troubleshooting
• Log interactions accurately and escalate complex issues in line with company procedures
• Collaborate with a remote, multicultural team to maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Continuously develop product knowledge through ongoing training and internal resources

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken, C1/C2 level); working knowledge of English for internal communication
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work full-time remotely from Greece with a stable internet connection
• No prior experience in customer service or the software industry required — full training provided
• EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece preferred
