They focus on delivering discounted, comprehensive plans that provide significant savings, reliable tech support, and peace of mind. As they continue to grow, they are expanding their team with Client Account Specialists who will play a key role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships.
Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM ET
The Client Account Specialist will manage inbound customer interactions, drive sales conversions, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires handling a high volume of calls, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience and consistent sales performance.
Customer Engagement & Sales
Answer incoming customer calls, delivering a professional and friendly experience
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate protection plan solutions
Actively listen to customer concerns and resolve them effectively
Maintain a call volume of 80–100 calls per day on average
Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 4% of calls into sales
Use persuasive communication to close sales and meet monthly quotas
Account Management & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Update and track customer account information and sales activity
Follow up on sales and inquiries, ensuring timely responses
Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
Sales Performance & Conversion
Monitor individual sales performance and work to exceed targets
Build rapport quickly to instill customer confidence
Provide clear feedback on performance trends and opportunities for improvement
Focus on converting inbound opportunities into completed sales
Product Knowledge & Learning
Develop strong knowledge of all products and services offered
Stay updated on new offerings, promotions, and industry trends
Provide feedback on customer needs to improve sales strategies
Experience
No specific background required; experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is beneficial
Proven ability to handle inbound calls and convert them into sales
Skills
