ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, we serve customers across the UK, North America, EU, and APAC.
As we scale toward €100m+ annual revenue by 2026, we are looking for two Performance Marketing Specialists (Google Ads) to each take ownership of paid search for one of our core brands and contribute directly to revenue growth. (Note: This is a single role, advertised across multiple locations to reach a broader pool of candidates.)
This is not a junior role and not a “campaign management” position. You will be responsible for performance. That means owning results, making decisions, and improving outcomes, not just running campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and operate with a high level of independence.
What you will do
Own and scale Google Ads performance across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max Manage a significant ad budget (up to ~$400,000/month once fully onboarded)
Continuously analyse performance and make clear, data-driven decisions
Test and improve campaign structure, bidding, and targeting
Identify what is working, what is not, and act on it quickly
Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and performance
Focus on execution, not reporting, not presentations
Important context
This is a performance role, not an agency-style role. We are not looking for someone who:
manages accounts passively
follows playbooks without thinking
focuses on reporting instead of results

understands performance deeply
is comfortable working with data
makes decisions and takes ownership
High performance in this role requires a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. This includes knowing competitors, their products, pricing, positioning, and how they operate in Google Ads. This is not just a platform role.
