Responsibilities:

  • Effectively address and resolve consumer questions or concerns
  • Clearly document and update consumer records based on interactions
  • Accurately and efficiently manage multiple consumer interactions

 

 

Home Office and Workspace:

  • Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up the workstation
  • Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
  • Three power connections – either three outlets or a power strip
  • Maintain the workspace in a safe condition
  • No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
  • Continuous phone availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible

 

 

Preferred Skills:

  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Social media experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Experience working on a computer
  • Experience working in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Teams
  • Experience working in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Experience supporting brand/consumer products and/or services
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting

 

 

Training:

  • Product training – become an expert on our client’s range of products
  • Systems training – learn how to navigate and enter data into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and telephony applications
  • Hands-on training – job shadowing and practicing while being virtually connected with team members for a better learning experience
  • 100% attendance required
