We are currently searching for a Recruiter to support our constantly growing company. This is an entry-mid level position with the opportunity for growth as the company continues to expand.  

  

Position Summary 

The Recruiter identifies, attracts, and hires qualified talent to fill PLG’s job openings, acting as the bridge between hiring managers and candidates. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process; including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and following all internal onboarding procedures while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting staffing goals.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Finding candidates through passive and active searches via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Working with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all candidates, providing updates to hiring managers, HR team, and leadership as necessary.
  • Extending offers and handling salary negotiations.
  • Completing internal processes and procedures to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. 
  • Staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technology.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 

  • 1+ year(s) experience in recruiting (preferable legal industry) and/or employee experience and onboarding practices. 
  • Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
