TITLE: Corporate Recruiter 

FLSA STATUS: Full-time Exempt

REPORTS TO: People Operations Director

LOCATION: Remote - Arizona


SUMMARY

We are a growing, mission-driven organization seeking a proactive and strategic Corporate Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for a 250+employee organization across the United States. 

The Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of field and corporate roles in the community management sector, including Executive Directors, Operations Managers, Community Engagement staff, Maintenance Technicians, Coordinators, and more.

The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering exceptional and timely candidates, a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic components of in-house recruiting, and a people-first attitude. Experience in the community management space is preferred. This is a remote or hybrid role with occasional travel.

SCOPE

  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning needs 
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across community management and corporate roles (e.g., Community operations, engagement, management, and communications, and corporate finance, marketing, and operations) 
  • Partner with leadership to refine job descriptions, recruitment marketing, targeting and performance to ensure delivery of on-time, qualified, culture-aligned team members.
  • Develop structured screening tools, interview guides, communication templates and evaluation matrices to support consistent hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles 
  • Manage and optimize ATS workflows to ensure efficiency and data integrity 
  • Perform cost analysis and recommend cost-effective and impactful job posting strategies
  • Coach hiring managers on interview best practices, selection techniques, and inclusive hiring approaches 
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations (Arizona, Texas, Colorado, California, Washington, Utah, New Mexico, Idaho, South Carolina, Nevada, and expanding)
  • Champion employer branding initiatives and deliver a high-quality candidate experience and employee onboarding support 
  • Analyze and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics) to drive continuous improvement 
  • Support and influence DEI-focused sourcing and hiring strategies

KNOWLEDGE | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience 
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
  • Deep knowledge of job platform algorithms and paid posting opportunities (Indeed, LinkedIn,      etc.)
  • Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and hiring compliance 
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience 
  • Experience recruiting across multiple states and/or in the community management industry 
  • Background in high-volume or decentralized workforce environments 
  • Professional certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) 
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish) 
  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) sourcing strategies 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay range: Minimum $90,000 - Median $100,000 – Maximum $108,000
