The Retirement Plans (RP) organization at The Standard is seeking a Manager, Data Strategy and Analytics to lead data strategy, governance, and analytics in support of long-term growth objectives. This role is accountable for establishing the strategic vision, operating model, and measurement framework for retirement plans data—enabling data-driven decision-making that improves sales productivity, operational efficiency, and return on investment.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Technology teams to deliver executive-level insights, influence sales behavior, ROI and ensure scalable, trusted analytics across the organization. Success is driven through disciplined analytics, strong cross-functional collaboration, and leadership that turns data into actionable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering strategic analytics and executive-level insights that inform business decisions, sales investments, and partner strategies
Translating complex data into actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness, field engagement, and operational efficiency
Leading the retirement plans data strategy and governance model to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trust
Partnering with Sales Enablement and leadership to optimize sales lead strategy, performance, and conversion outcomes
Collaborating with technology partners to align tools, systems, and architecture with business objectives
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance analytical capabilities
Leading and developing a team through coaching, performance management, and talent development
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial services or a related industry
Demonstrated experience leading data strategy, analytics, or business intelligence initiatives
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners using data-driven insights
Experience managing and developing teams, including performance management and coaching
Preferred:
Experience in the retirement plans, investment, or brokerage industry
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar technologies

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Performance guarantees may be applied to roles with highly incentivized compensation plans for a specified period of time to support a new hire’s transition into the sales incentive plan.
Compensation is made up of a base salary, incentives, and/or other bonuses when applicable. This is a minimum range that can be increased based on performance and sales activity.
Salary Range:
$97,750.00 - $156,250.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
