Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, analytical ability, and strong communication skills to design, build, and optimize AI-driven solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions leveraging Generative AI and LLM-based systems

• Develop and refine prompts for optimal model performance

• Analyze and validate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, fairness, and reliability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into business workflows

• Optimize performance and cost trade-offs in LLM deployments

• Contribute to enterprise-scale GenAI initiatives, including RAG architectures and document processing use cases

Required Skills & Experience

• Overall 5+ years of experience with 2 – 3 years of experience working with Generative AI / LLM-based systems

• 1 – 3 years prompt engineering experience

• Strong written English for crafting precise, unambiguous instructions

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (language-agnostic mindset)

Solid understanding of:

• LLM behavior, strengths, and limitations

• Tokenization, context windows, cost/performance trade-offs

• Hallucinations, bias, and output validation techniques

Technical Expertise

Experience with:

• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / Google GenAI APIs

• Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, OpenSearch)

• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures

Familiarity with:

• APIs and microservices

• SQL and/or NoSQL databases

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience building enterprise GenAI solutions

• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs

• Experience with document processing, summarization, contract analysis

• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in AI systems

• Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps concepts
