Job Description:

The Educational Trainer supports title agents, agent real estate partners and internal teams through high‑quality instruction, curriculum development, and technology training. Thrives in an educational environment, understands the real estate industry, and excels at translating complex marketing, technology concepts and title industry fundamentals into engaging, actionable learning experiences. Attends outside events, functions, and industry-related activities as a representative of the organization.

Applicants to this position must reside in Central or Southeast Florida. This position involves heavy weekly travel throughout Central Florida, the Space Coast and South Florida.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Education & Training

  • Deliver social media–focused classes tailored to real estate professionals on behalf of our title agents.
  • Teach topics including social media strategy, content creation, branding, video marketing, and online business growth.
  • Facilitate training sessions for both external real estate agents and internal team members.
  • Uphold compliance with DBPR standards and documentation processes.
  • Maintain an ongoing knowledge of social media platforms and current trends for marketing of the real estate industry. (i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Continuing Education (CE) Instruction & Administration

  • Deliver title fundamental courses to licensed title agents and company employees seeking to obtain CE accreditation.
  • Facilitate training sessions for both external title agents and internal team members.
  • Coordinate with other team members to sustain company underwriting standards.
  • Maintain an ongoing knowledge of Florida and national industry topics.

Curriculum & Presentation Development

  • Develop, design, and update all PowerPoint presentations used in social media and CE classes.
  • Build curriculum from the ground up, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with current social media trends, platform updates and title industry topics.
  • Continuously refine course materials to support agent success and evolving industry needs.

Technology Training & Platform Support

  • Provide Title Toolbox training and support for both title agents and realtors.
  • Conduct platform demonstrations to help title agents understand system capabilities and how to leverage them with their real estate partners.
  • Train realtors on Title Toolbox marketing, farming, and lead‑generation tools to enhance their business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the title industry, social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation best practices.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an engaging, accessible way.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar), Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and curriculum development
  • Comfortable with technology platforms and training users at varying skill levels.
