- Drive efficiency by designing and implementing scalable data processes and pipelines

- Support infrastructure and construction projects with accurate, timely, and actionable insights
As part of our team, you will have to:
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and processes for efficient data integration and analysis
- Develop and optimize dashboards to visualize key project metrics and support management decisions
- Create and maintain surveys (e.g., Survey123) to ensure accurate and structured data collection
- Build and optimize automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Ensure data quality through validation, analysis, and reporting of construction and project data
- Support and monitor data processes, including pipelines, notebooks, and reporting frameworks
- Operate and maintain dashboards, ensuring continuous functionality and data accuracy
- Provide user support and troubleshooting, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries
- Administer GIS users and systems within ArcGIS (user setup, maintenance, optimization)
- Maintain and update documentation, manuals, and training materials
- Deliver training sessions and provide post-training (hypercare) support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise stakeholders on data evaluation and modeling
What you need to succeed:
- Fluent in English and German B2/C1 mandatory
- Relevant experience in GIS and data-related roles within large infrastructure or construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction project phases, terminology, and processes
- Hands-on experience with the ESRI suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Hub, Survey123, Experience Builder)
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
- Strong data management, data quality, and reporting skills
- Experience in dashboard development and data visualization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
- Experience in documentation and knowledge sharing (wikis, process documentation, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python for (geo)data processing)
- Experience with front-end and back-end data processing pipelines
- Background in Construction IT (Bau-IT) environments
- Experience delivering trainings and supporting end users
- Familiarity with data notebooks and advanced analytics tools
