As an HR Operations Coordinator, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
Support onboarding (offers, visas, first-day setup)
Assist with offboarding processes
Respond to employee HR queries
Support health insurance and benefits administration
Liaise with external vendors
Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labour laws
Assist with audits and maintain HR documentation
Support employee engagement initiatives
Help coordinate events, training, and travel
Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR
High attention to detail and organization
Proactive and able to take initiative
Strong communication skills
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Ability to work independently
HR experience in the UAE
Familiarity with DMCC freezone regulations
