You’re responsible for ensuring each new customer reaches their “aha” value moment with Expel. From post-sale through the first 30-60 days of the client experience, ultimately working to set up customers and our account team for on-going success.
You’ll be delivering smooth implementation experiences for our clients. You will be successful because you practice clear communication and expectation setting with customers and diligently document all current statuses of ongoing onboardings. Organizational skills are crucial to this role as you will be responsible for upwards of 20 ongoing implementations. You’ll be focused on rinse and repeat enablement conversations, and ensuring customer requests outside of standard onboarding procedures are correctly tasked.

The base salary range for this role is between $93,900 USD and $136,200 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.
