Pay Rate: $31/hr - $41/hr

Summary:

  • Shift Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to recruit and retain top health care professionals.
  • Act as a liaison between Human Resources, Departments, Hiring Managers, and external clients to facilitate staffing goals.
  • Meet/exceed individual placement objectives by independently sourcing candidates with minimal use of outside agencies.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external sourcing resources to fill positions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Serve as the liaison between candidates and management during the interview and selection process.
  • Update applicant tracking system and hiring managers to ensure hiring requirements are met.
  • Place employment advertisements in various media and attend recruitment events.
  • Facilitate the requisition process by reviewing job descriptions and ensuring timely posting of positions.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to candidates.
  • Assist and follow up with the Senior Staffing Specialist regarding recruitment processes.
  • Oversee Employment Coordinator to ensure completion of the onboarding process.
  • Mentor and assist Employment Coordinator in achieving professional success.
  • Assist departments, employees, and management with various inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of recruiting/placement experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent education and experience.
  • Excellent communication, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with sourcing and recruiting candidates.
  • Ability to generate high volume/high quality candidates under tight timelines.
  • Ability to build strong inter-company relationships.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree
