Summary: Product Owner with strong experience in clinical trials payments, product strategy, and cross-functional stakeholder management to lead the roadmap, requirements, and end-to-end delivery of a Clinical Trials Payment platform. This role needs someone who can translate payment workflows into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria while partnering with engineering, QA, regulatory, and analytics teams to drive releases and product adoption. Similar clinical product roles also emphasize turning customer needs into actionable backlog items and delivering features in agile environment

JD:
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for Clinical Trials Payment system based on business goals, market needs, and user feedback.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for clinical payment features or productlines.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize payment initiatives that align with organizational strategy and clinical outcomes.
Clinical Trials Payment Platform Expertise & Requirements Gathering
  • Translate payment workflows, guidelines, and best practices into detailed product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Payment leads, subject-matter experts, and data partners to validate use cases and ensure product decisions support clinical effectiveness.
  • Serve as the clinical voice in cross-functional discussions.
Product Development & Execution
  • Work closely with engineering, design, regulatory, and QA teams to guide products from concept through development, testing, and launch.
  • Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely releases and high-quality delivery.
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
  • Engage Payment leads, customers, and partners to gather continuous feedback and drive product adoption.
  • Lead Payment product demos, training, and other initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations related to clinical payment features
Data, Analytics & Outcomes
  • Define clinical KPIs and measure product impact on patient outcomes, workflow efficiencies, and safety metrics.
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate product performance and guide continuous improvement.
