We aren't just moving code; we’re reimagining the user experience. As our Lead Designer, you will be the architect of our "future-state." You will move beyond the constraints of the legacy UI to build a modern, intuitive, and scalable design system from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Future-State Visioning: Define the visual and functional direction of the modernized solution, ensuring it meets contemporary usability standards.
- Design System Foundation: Establish and maintain a robust design system that will serve as the "source of truth" for the new platform’s UI/UX components.
- Prototyping & Validation: Create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate the modernization vision to stakeholders.
- User-Centric Advocacy: Ensure that the transition from legacy systems results in a significant leap forward in user efficiency and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English
- Proven portfolio demonstrating experience in Product Design or UX Design, specifically for complex enterprise platforms.
- Experience building and scaling design systems (Figma preferred).
- Ability to synthesize complex business rules into simple, elegant user workflows.
