Key Media is a fast‑growing global B2B media company. We’re looking for a switched‑on, commercially savvy Accounts Receivable professional (not a back‑office processor) to own a portfolio of international clients.


This is a 100% remote role, reporting into our Australian finance team and working directly with global finance teams.

The role

This is where AR, people skills and problem‑solving meet.

You will:

  • Own end‑to‑end AR for a set of global B2B accounts
  • Talk directly to overseas finance teams to resolve issues and get cash in
  • Untangle messy accounts, disputes and odd reconciliations (and fix them)
  • Spot patterns, recommend actions, and help sharpen how we do AR

No scripts. No ticket factory. Just real ownership and real conversations.


What you’ll do

  • Manage full AR cycle: allocations, reconciliations, collections
  • Call and email international clients to resolve overdue and complex items
  • Investigate short‑pays, disputes, PO/tax/currency issues and drive resolution
  • Prepare ageing and exception reports, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Partner with sales/events to align contracts, billing and client expectations


What you bring

  • 3–5 years solid international AR/Credit Control in a corporate or B2B environment
  • Hands‑on experience dealing directly with international clients/finance teams
  • Excellent English – confident, clear, and professional on the phone and in writing
  • Proven lateral thinking and problem‑solving in AR
  • Strong AR fundamentals + intermediate Excel and a mainstream ERP
  • Self‑starter, organised, comfortable working fully remote
