Operations Associate
Location: Remote. Ability to occasionally work on-site at our office in Great Neck, Long Island office, is preferred.
Lieberman, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist our Vice President of Operations to play a critical part in supporting both our quantitative and qualitative research teams throughout the entire project lifecycle—from initial bidding to project kickoff and successful closeout. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors: manage bids, answer inquiries, and provide timely feedback.
• Consolidate vendor bids and prepare accurate fieldwork cost estimates for market research proposals.
• Act as a communication bridge between internal project teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Support the Operations Director and Senior Field Director in overseeing data collection and fieldwork quality.
• Track and maintain proposal status (Open/Won/Lost) for both qualitative and quantitative teams.
• Research and identify potential international partners; negotiate costs and pricing for global projects.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence and successful delivery.
• Respond to client and internal inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Verify invoices against bids and project data; maintain organized and accurate records.
• Coordinate logistics, including packing, shipping, and programming devices/products for research studies.
• Draft study instructions and documentation; conduct training sessions with field vendors and validate respondent data for accuracy.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Marketing or Market Research preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; prior market research experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
