About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Executive to join our Compliance team. In this role you will act as a central coordination point between departments: collecting, structuring, and logging information into complex regulatory systems and applications, and supporting the drafting of compliance documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid administrative background who is looking to grow within a regulated environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Compliance department
- Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organisation, both verbally and in writing
- Handle escalated or sensitive queries and correspondence, ensuring a considered and appropriate response
- Assist in preparation of regular reports and presentations on compliance activities and outcomes for management
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document registers in accordance with internal procedures
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas
- Undertake other reasonable duties as may be established from time to time by the department
Your expertise to meet the requirement:
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in handling regulatory or compliance-related documentation
- Confident working with complex regulatory platforms or case management systems
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within regulated markets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments
- High attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to information management
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent command of English language (verbal & written)
- Experience with UK/Malta/Isle of Man is an added advantage
- Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry is a distinct advantage
