Project Manager - Technology

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive key business strategies. The Project Manager servant leads cross functional distributed teams through all phases of several delivery process, from discovery to launch.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

What you’ll do:
- Use your toolbox of Project Management processes, design thinking, Agile and Lean practices, facilitation and leadership skills to predictably produce high-quality initiative delivery.
- Partner and work with stakeholders to develop the strategic delivery plan, defining the distribution of the work and the respective responsibilities.
- Manage the budget, actively monitor risk factors and oversee the implementation and completion of projects, while ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Establish and evolve program management frameworks and ways of working through an iterative, learn-by-doing approach (trial and error), incorporating feedback and continuous improvement.
- Coach indirect reports at various levels of the organization.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, with exposure to program-level delivery.
- Proven delivery leadership across both project and program management, with a track record of successfully managing multiple workstreams and dependencies in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Adaptability and a growth mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and continuously improving ways of working.
- Diverse background delivering technology initiatives across different domains (e.g., customer-facing products, platforms, infrastructure, data, security, and/or enterprise applications).
- Hands-on experience with project delivery and collaboration tools, including the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira/Confluence) and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams/SharePoint/Planner).
- Strong planning and execution skills—building schedules, coordinating resources, managing issues/risks, and providing clear delivery tracking and status reporting.

Annualized Compensation Range
$100,000.00 - $105,000.00
This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
