This role is employed through RemoFirst, Proch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

 

Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for conducting thorough audits of new agents, branch, and producer sign-ups within Salesforce to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role centers on post-signup reviews, documentation validation, and identifying errors or discrepancies in onboarding processes.

  

What You Will Do As A Quality Assurance Auditor

  • Audit new agent, branch, and producer onboarding records in Salesforce for completeness and accuracy 

  • Review submitted documentation to verify required information is present and correctly categorized 

  • Check that onboarding workflows, approval processes, and escalation paths were properly followed 

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards 

  • Identify data entry errors, missing documentation, and discrepancies in sign-up details 

  • Validate that all mandatory fields and templates are correctly used 

  • Track audit findings and maintain detailed logs of errors and inconsistencies 

  • Generate audit reports highlighting common issues, trends, and root causes 

  • Escalate critical discrepancies, compliance breaches, or recurring onboarding problems 

  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in audit evaluations 

  • Recommend corrective actions and process improvements based on audit results 

   

What You Will Bring As A Quality Assurance Auditor

  • Demonstrates strong auditing and analytical capability when reviewing Salesforce records and onboarding documentation, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. 

  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail, consistently identifying discrepancies, missing information, or documentation errors within onboarding records.

  • Effectively interprets and applies onboarding policies, procedures, and compliance requirements when evaluating documentation and system entries. 

  • Communicates audit findings clearly and professionally through written reports, summaries, and documented feedback. 

  • Analyzes onboarding activity across agents, branches, or producers to identify recurring documentation issues, operational risks, or process gaps. 

  • Exercises objective judgment and applies evaluation standards consistently to ensure fair and accurate audit outcomes. 

  • Utilizes Salesforce and related onboarding systems efficiently to review records, validate documentation, and trace activity history. 

    Leverages Excel or other reporting tools to organize audit data, analyze trends, and support reporting of findings. 

  • Experience working with global and/or US based business teams 

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English language 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
