  • Collaborative, adaptable, goal-oriented team player capable of navigating a large organization; willingness to work after hours/weekends as needed and knowledge of employment laws.

  • Administer assessments and track candidate data using spreadsheets, ATS, and other software.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates; network to establish partnerships.
  • Meet recruitment goals while delivering an excellent candidate experience and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Job description

Overview:

At Senture, our focus is on people. As a recruiter, you have the unique opportunity to connect individuals nationwide with the Senture experience. By sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, recruiters play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

 

In this role, you'll provide comprehensive recruitment support across various contracts and positions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Recruiters spend about 90% of their day interviewing candidates by phone or video conferencing. Adaptability is key; recruiters must be ready to pivot quickly to meet client needs. 

 

Compensation: $16.20 per hour + bonus plan

 

This position is open to remote candidates. Being local to the London, KY or McAllen, TX location is a plus.

 

At this time, Senture can only offer employment to individuals located in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Highly collaborative, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to navigate a large, complex organization to achieve results.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including pre-screening and interviewing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to learn new systems, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Team player who is flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed to meet client needs.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment tests, including drug screening and background checks.

 

Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8 AM to 7 PM. Additional hours, including weekends, may be required to meet client needs.

  • Conduct thorough pre-screening of all assigned candidates, managing a high volume of applicants and communications.
  • Administer assessment tests and conduct interviews using behavioral questions via phone or virtual meeting platforms.
  • Track and manage candidate information using spreadsheets, ATS, and other software.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment goals and metrics.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to candidates, employees, and team members.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Network within the community to establish relationships with key partners.
  • Adhere to all regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
