Retirement Plan Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Retirement Plan Consultant on a project basis. This role is fully remote and expected to conclude in 12 months.

• Advise on 401(k) retirement plans, explaining rules, contribution strategies, and distribution options.
• Analyze account data and resolve concerns regarding plan eligibility, loans, and withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 
• 5+ years of relevant retirement plan account administration experience
• Experience with retirement audits is preferred (IRS/ Paycheck/ Fiscal Year)
• Experience with Workday is preferred
• Experience with 401(k) payroll integrations
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
