• Lead service readiness activities, including operational validation, acceptance testing, and documentation of handover criteria.

• Develop and maintain integration frameworks to connect satellite ground systems, terrestrial networks, and customer interfaces.

• Coordinate with technical engineers and service managers to identify operational risks and mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.

• Support incident response readiness by embedding telemetry, monitoring, and troubleshooting capabilities within delivered solutions.

• Provide domain expertise for process automation, system monitoring, and performance optimization.

• Represent Operations in cross-functional project reviews and readiness boards.

What you'll need:

• demonstrated ability in system integration, service delivery, or operational transition within satellite or telecommunications domains.

• Solid understanding of OSS/BSS processes, network operations, and service management frameworks (ITIL or equivalent).

• Proven track record of working across functional teams to deliver complex technical services to commercial or government customers.

• Experience with configuration management, change control, and operational acceptance processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
