What you will do:

• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate complex needs into elegant, high-impact technical solutions.

• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and delivery using Go and TypeScript.

• Pragmatically manage technical debt and system resilience to maintain high shipping velocity while ensuring the platform remains reliable for critical incident response.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of building production-ready applications using Go, Python, or React, ideally within a high-growth or founding engineer environment.

• Deeply product-minded and customer-obsessed, with a preference for iterating quickly on MVPs and sharing work-in-progress to gather early feedback.

• Strong collaborator who thrives in ambiguity and values clear communication, from well-written technical proposals to thorough documentation and testing practices.
