  • Lead key marketing initiatives from planning through execution, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling the team; ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Optimize website and digital assets (landing pages, UX, SEO) to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversion, and monitor performance with analytics.

Job description

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.


Our client is a growing company seeking a Marketing Manager to build and lead its digital marketing strategy from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to define brand positioning, establish a strong digital presence, and lead future team growth while shaping how the company is perceived in the market.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead digital marketing strategy across brand positioning, content development, social media, website optimization, and campaign performance. This is a high-ownership leadership role designed for someone who can work strategically from a blank canvas, make key brand decisions, and build systems that support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

  • Define how the brand should be positioned and differentiated in the market.

  • Lead website and online presence updates to align with brand identity and target audience expectations.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage the social media calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Develop content strategies that include social posts, video concepts, blog content, infographics, and other digital formats.

  • Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand voice, positioning, and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Growth

  • Lead key marketing initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Make strategic decisions around future marketing team expansion, including hiring and mentoring new team members.

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and tied to measurable outcomes.

Website & Digital Asset Optimization

  • Improve website content, landing pages, and user experience to strengthen digital performance.

  • Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic.

  • Support digital asset optimization across campaigns and owned channels.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and platform insights.

  • Track campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics.

  • Deliver regular reporting with clear recommendations for optimization and growth.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience with proven success building strategies from the ground up.

  • Strong background in brand strategy, content creation, and social media execution.

  • Experience working within startups or fast-growing businesses where adaptability and initiative are critical.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and digital performance measurement.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy across social and digital channels.

  • Ability to lead brand-building initiatives with strategic clarity.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
