The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Account Executive to build, manage, and scale our affiliate program. You will be responsible for recruiting qualified affiliates, cultivating partner relationships, and optimizing program performance to drive high-quality trader acquisitions. This is a critical growth role for expanding Tradeify's reach and attracting top trading talent.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment — Primary Responsibility

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates including financial influencers, trading educators, content creators, and relevant communities.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, providing ongoing support, communication, and performance feedback.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize ROI.

Content & Campaign Collaboration

  • Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling materials, promotions, and campaigns tailored for affiliate partners.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to compliance guidelines and provide regular reports on program performance, key metrics, and insights.

Market Research

  • Stay informed on affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and the evolving needs of our trader audience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an affiliate, account executive, or partnership development role with a track record of building successful affiliate programs.

  • Demonstrable experience recruiting and managing a diverse portfolio of affiliates.

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tracking technologies, and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, or fintech.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience marketing to traders, financial professionals, or a highly specialized niche audience.

  • Familiarity with the proprietary trading landscape.

  • Experience with affiliate marketing software or networks relevant to the financial industry.
