Pension Administration | System Migration | UAT | Data Conversion

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pension Systems Project Manager to lead high-impact pension administration system migration and implementation projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on pension operations experience, including manual pension calculations, election processing, payment setup, and pension data conversion, combined with proven success leading system implementations, requirements gathering, and end-to-end testing efforts.

The ideal candidate understands how pension workflows operate in the real world and can translate those processes into clear system requirements, test plans, and successful migration outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead pension system migration and implementation projects from planning through go-live
  • Perform and validate manual pension calculations
  • Process election forms and pension payment setup workflows
  • Support pension data conversion, validation, and system data loading
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements for development teams
  • Partner with programmers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements align with end goals
  • Create test plans, test scripts, UAT scenarios, regression testing, and edge-case validation
  • Use historical and operational data to develop strong test cases and exception scenarios
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Support go-live readiness, cutover validation, and post-implementation issue resolution

  • Strong background in requirements gathering and business analysis

  • Previous Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Implementation Lead experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask effective questions
  • Fast learner who can quickly understand business workflows and system impacts
